Douglas Allen Collins (born August 16, 1966) is an American attorney and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Georgia's 9th congressional district from 2013 to 2021. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2007, representing the 27th district, which includes portions of Hall County, Lumpkin County and White County. Collins also serves as a chaplain in the U.S. Air Force Reserve with the rank of lieutenant colonel. Collins ran for the U.S. Senate in 2020. He finished in third place behind Democrat Raphael Warnock and incumbent Republican Kelly Loeffler in the state's nonpartisan blanket primary, thus failing to make it to the top-two runoff. Collins had opted out of a House re-election bid to run for the Senate and was succeeded in the House by Andrew Clyde.
