Scott Taylor is a former Navy SEAL who served as the United States Representative for Virginia’s 2nd congressional district. He was previously a member of the Virginia House of Delegates for the 85th district. He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Navy SEAL Scout Sniper and was injured in combat.
